The frame and the card on the inside were both purchased at Target, and were both $1. The card was in the dollar section, and doesn't have any printing on it. The frame was remarked down to one dollar in the picture frames on an end cap.
I took the card (which came with an envelope), and used clear letter stickers from the dollar store to write out, "It's Fall, Y'all!" on the front. Then I just framed the card in the frame.
It's that easy!
I thought it came out so nice, and it looks good above the sink with the garland. :)
